Borough Manager - The daily operations of the Borough are administered by the borough manager. The manager is responsible for the daily administration of the Borough under the direction of Borough Council. The manager oversees all employees of the borough which includes Administration, Public Works and Pitcairn Power. (Click Here)
Administrative Staff - Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Payment for electric can be made from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

The street department is responsible for the physical condition of the Borough. This includes maintenance of the roads, public parks, storm sewers and all Borough owned property. (Click Here)
Local & School Real Estate Tax is collected by Sally DiRobbio, an elected tax collector. Borough of Pitcairn taxes are mailed June 1. Everyone who owns property within the Borough of Pitcairn should receive a real estate tax bill. If you do not receive a tax bill, contact the office at the number below.
Payments can be made by mail, in person or through the drop off slot near her front door. You must have separate checks payable to each taxing body when paying your real estate taxes. (Click Here)
Pitcairn Borough Code Enforcement Department is responsible for enforcing and administering the requirements of Pitcairn Borough codes. (Click Here)
Monthly bills include electric usage, garbage and sewer maintenance fees. Bills are sent out approximately the 15th of each month, and are due the fifth of each month. There is a drop off box on the front door of the Borough building for payments after office hours.
